John Lorenz is the co-founder and sole owner of L&B Services, established in 2007 in Springfield, Missouri. Specializing in underground utility infrastructure, L&B provides electric, water, natural gas, fiber optics, and telecommunications installations through directional boring, a clean, environmentally friendly, and minimally disruptive approach. L&B serves a wide range of clients, including public utilities, government agencies, and major corporations, delivering expertise across large-scale industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

In 2021, Lorenz co-founded EVC Company LLC, DBA Dynamic EVC, the Midwest’s leading EV charging installation company. Under his leadership, Dynamic EVC has installed hundreds of Level 2 and Level 3 EV charging stations across the region for prominent clients like Tesla, ChargePoint, Shell Recharge, and Volta.

Lorenz is also a retired U.S. Navy veteran, with a 21-year career that includes serving as the Leading Maintenance Control Senior Chief for a large helicopter squadron. His extensive experience spans roles as a Combat Search and Rescue Swimmer, Helicopter Crewman, Power Plant Mechanic, Quality Assurance Representative, Division Supervisor, and Maintenance Control Senior Chief. Additionally, he has completed OSHA Supervisor and Hazwoper training and has overseen large-scale fiber optics and outside plant construction projects over the past two decades.
